A new weekly meditation group started on September 23 in Wigan. We meet every Wednesday at 12.15pm. A brief introduction leads into 25 minutes of silent meditation. Guidance will be offered to anyone new to meditation. Afterwards people can stay for refreshments and a time of sharing. Because it is a lunchtime meeting people are welcome to bring their sandwiches. We meet at 97 Barnsley Street, Wigan WN6 7HB.
