An ‘Introduction to Christian Meditation’ course is a great way to find out about Christian meditation, to experience the practice in a small group, to learn about its origins, and discover its relevance as a form of prayer in the contemporary world.

If you would like to hold an introductory course at your Church or a local venue in Somerset please contact Julie Roberts, Somerset Coordinator on 01458 832704.
